Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and product information
  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Conduct warm calling and outbound follow-up to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales, preferably with B2B focus
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service interactions professionally
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
  • Previous experience in technical or product-specific sales is advantageous but not required
