We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual to lead the operations team and optimise all aspects of our daily business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team to ensure daily business operations and TAT
  • To ensure timely disbursements, cancellations, refunds and payments
  • Streamline operational processes and optimise workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing robust controls and procedures to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement and optimise operational systems and tools, leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients at every touchpoint.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance, Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain relevant dashboards. Present them to senior management periodically.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on operational performance, initiatives, and challenges.
  • Ensure seamless operations w.r.t transactions pertaining to co-lending partners
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the operations team to drive business growth

Desired Skills

  • Experience 5-8 years, preferably in banks/NBFCs/Fintech
  • Understanding and expertise on backend and frontend operations of loan systems LOS & LMS
  • Team-handling experience
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Any graduate
