We are looking for a dynamic Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, furniture logistics, and procurement. The role ensures smooth functioning of furniture intake, storage, quality check, and delivery, while maintaining high operational efficiency and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse operations including storage layout, space utilization, and daily activities.
  • Manage pickup and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Oversee furniture inspection, repair, and quality control in coordination with the carpenter.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Lead for delivery commitments and procurement requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records, warehouse safety protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Lead and supervise a team of ground workers and the carpenter, ensuring productivity and discipline.
  • Monitor and control logistics costs, vendor performance, and warehouse expenses.
  • Report operational metrics and performance updates to the founders on a regular basis.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, and vendor management.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control, inspection, and basic repair processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management tools.
  • Physical stamina to oversee warehouse operations and ensure timely execution.
