About the Job.
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and expand staffing solutions across the domestic market.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the US recruitment market. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, skilled in lead generation, and confident in building strong client relationships.
Client & Vendor Relationship Management

demands
an
established network of vendor and client relationships
in the
US-IT staffing market
.
· The ideal candidate
must have
a
proven base of 25–30 active vendor or client contacts
who trust and engage with them for ongoing requirements.
· Your ability to
leverage existing relationships to bring immediate business, requisitions, and consultant placements
is a core expectation of this position.

within the US staffing ecosystem,
this role will not be a fit
.

Requirements
:
- 9-13 years of experience in bench sales or IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing and visa types
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conducts interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
• Coordinate interviews and handle offer negotiations.
• Maintain ATS records accurately and efficiently.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help develop the skills of junior recruiters.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships.
Recruitment Process Oversight:
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for W2 & C2C roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with recruiters to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure that candidate pipelines are managed effectively and efficiently, meeting client requirements and deadlines.

Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall recruitment strategy.
- Provide insights to the leadership team on workforce planning and market trends.
Stakeholder and Candidate Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as a liaison between the client, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM) and reporting tools.
Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients, particularly around compensation, benefits, and contract terms.
