Job Summary:

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to manage the deployment, configuration, and support of healthcare IT solutions across client sites. This role involves extensive client interaction, technical setup, and problem-solving. The candidate will work closely with hospital IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Implementation:
  • Travel to client sites for software deployment (minimum 2 weeks per month).
  • Execute full software implementation cycles, with periods of up to 30 consecutive days on-site if required.
  • Provide on-site support during implementation and post-deployment as needed.
  • Technical Setup:
  • Work with MS SQL Server databases for configuration and reporting.
  • Generate and customize reports using Crystal Reports.
  • Write and execute basic SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Client Support & Coordination:
  • Assist clients with technical issues and system queries during and after implementation.
  • Train client staff on system usage, reports, and workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and internal development/support teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare implementation reports, issue logs, and resolution documentation.
  • Ensure all deployments meet company quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Degree or non-degree acceptable.
  • Hospital IT Experience: Minimum 2–3 years.
  • Other Software Companies: Minimum 1 year experience (from IT Dose, EH Note, Easy Solutions, Yarago, Aosta, Sukra Software, etc.).

Technical Skills:

  • MS SQL Database: Installation, configuration, basic queries.
  • Crystal Reports: Create, modify, and troubleshoot reports.
  • Basic SQL Query Writing for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Familiarity with hospital management systems is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within India (and potentially Middle East).
  • Ability to stay on-site for extended implementation periods (up to 30 days).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and client-facing communication.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and independent in handling client sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
