Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AFS Implementation Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The AFS Implementation Engineer will be responsible for implementing software solutions, managing project lifecycles, providing technical support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project implementations and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Software Implementation and Project Implementation
  • Good domain knowledge in Anti Fraud systems
  • Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in financial services or digital solutions industries is beneficial
