Job Title: Product Management Executive - Dermatological Skincare

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Vision: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, competitors, and customer needs to inform our product vision.

  2. Product Roadmap: Create and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product success.

  4. Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning.

  5. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.

  3. Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and project management skills
