Main Goal:

Create and launch of augmented product offerings (incl. Services) that meets customers needs, growing market share

and success.

Duties, powers and responsibilities:

Own the execution of all product lifecycle management processes for products & services, including product research,

market research (primary desk & field), competitive analysis, planning, positioning, pricing, GTM, roadmap development,

requirements development, product launch and End-of-Life (strategy);

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development,

product concepts.

Create product strategy/requirement documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical

requirements, revenue, and ROI;

Analyze market, competitive & customer data to develop go to market strategies, and define product objectives for

effective marketing communications plans

Collaborate closely with Development, Engineering, Production, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams on the

development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

Monitor product success against Operational and Strategic Plan and initiate corrective actions where needed.

Develop product positioning and messaging (e.g. deliver content for brochures and blogs) supported by Marketing

that differentiates SPGPrints and its features across primary market segments.

Define the product strategy and roadmap.

Job requirements:

B tech or master in Textile Technology from reputed Government recognised university.

At least 8 to 10 years experience in a dynamic product management or marketing role in textile industry.

Experience in data driven analysis and marketing models.

Proven experience overseeing all elements of product lifecycle management.

Highly effective in cross-functional and international team management.

Experience in delivering finely-tuned product marketing concepts/strategies.

Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
