Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Sanand. The Production Manager will oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure manufacturing efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, managing resources and teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining equipment and safety standards. The Production Manager will also be tasked with optimizing production processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and liaising with internal departments to meet company goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production workflows.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality control practices, and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise and train staff effectively.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimization skills to ensure efficiency and address challenges in production operations.
  • Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Educational qualification in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with contract manufacturing and formulation development is desirable.
