Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in the interior industry to expand our
business presence in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong business development
skills, industry connections, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. We
specialize in flooring and ceiling solutions for commercial and residential spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with architects, interior designers, and builders to acquire new clients.
• Maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct field visits to promote BuildXs flooring and ceiling solutions.
• Prepare and present mock-ups/samples to potential clients.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Execute effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand client requirements, competitor activities, and
industry trends.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client
satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within
the interior industry (flooring, ceiling, furniture, or building materials preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets.
• Willingness to travel within Pune as required.
• Possession of a two-wheeler for client visits (mandatory).
