Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Jr. Finance Executive
who excels at multitasking for a leading Advertising, Creative and Experiential Marketing agency, to manage the company's financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The role involves handling day-to-day accounts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and assisting in financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance operations including Petty Cash, Reimbursements, Salaries, Tally Entries, GST & TDS Compliance, and Vendor Payments.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports, analyse transactions, and support audits.
  • Raise invoices, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams, vendors, clients, and lenders for finance-related matters.
  • Handle agreement preparation by procuring stamp papers, drafting contracts, coordinating delivery to clients, and ensuring signatures from all parties.
  • Ensure bills are paid on time, debts are collected, and trackers are updated regularly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST & TDS), and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
