About the Role

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Cloud Analyst with expertise in Salesforce, specifically in Sales Cloud & CPQ, with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud being a bonus. 

The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, hand-off build instructions to Admin & Developer Teams, conduct thorough testing of enhancements and new functionality, and aid with documentation and occasionally providing end user training.

Key Responsibilities


•Gather and document detailed business requirements from Sales, Marketing,  Finance, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams


•Translate requirements into system configurations and process improvements aligned with business goals that admin and developer teams can easily understand and build against


•Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment


•Test new features and system enhancements, validate functionality, and document outcomes


•Create and maintain documentation of workflows, requirements, and system architecture


•Provide user training and ongoing support, promoting best practices and adoption


•Troubleshoot system issues and conduct root-cause analysis

Required Qualifications


•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field


•2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roles


•Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud: Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ


•Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in manual testing techniques and familiarity with automation frameworks is a plus.


•Tools: Experience with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, or similar.


•Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically about edge cases and test coverage.


•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.


•Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist) and QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable.
