Qualification: BTech (Electrical / Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify BIM models for building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with UK project team to gather project requirements and ensure model accuracy.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and address potential issues in the design.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation from the BIM models.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Ensure that all models comply with the relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably within the building services sector.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
  • Strong understanding of building services design principles and standards.
