We help businesses unlock smarter, design-led, flexible workspaces that grow with them.Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled MEP Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using Autocad . You will work closely with our architects, civil engineers, vendors, and execution team to ensure seamless design-to-delivery coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).Collaborate with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.Prepare BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.Support tendering, budgeting, and vendor alignment processes with technical documentation.Revise and update models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions.Conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.Perform quantity take-offs and support procurement processes by providing detailed schedules.Perform site visits if required for design validation and MEP inspections.RequirementsBachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.Excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.How to Apply?Send us an email at
