MEP design engineers needs to have the following areas of expertise:

- Design and implementation : MEP designers design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings.
- Coordination : To work with architects and structural engineers to ensure their systems integrate with the building's overall design.
- Cost estimation: To provide cost estimates for the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Energy management : To help create energy management systems to make buildings more sustainable, functional, and safe.
- Fire safety : To customize fire and plumbing solutions to meet building needs and code requirements.
- Plumbing : To ensure plumbing systems meet safety requirements to prevent health and safety risks.
- Electrical design : To design electrical fixtures, conduits, and wiring.

Mechanical Engineering Companies achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedule.
- Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
- Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
- Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
- Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
- Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
- Assist in the installation of MEP work.
- Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP Subcontractor.
- Coordinating and administrating MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings.
- Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
