Assess tender returns to ensure MEP package accurately defines scope and design responsibility. - Attend pre-order meeting ensuring sub-contract orders are compliant with contract and programme requirements. - Provide support for sequencing and programming the installation of MEP services. - Monitor MEP procurement and provide support to project delivery team. - Organise and chair MEP workshops to provide technical solutions. - Review and coordinate design programmes, information release schedules and inspection test plans. - MEP design coordination with building structure, fabric, and constraints. - Review and comment on MEP design including drawings and technical submittals. - Review of energy strategy including compliance with current regulations. - Assist site team in providing resolution to technical queries. - Complete commission ability review. - Provide technical support during the commissioning process and assist in programming. - Assist the commissioning process to ensure compliance with design parameters. - Attend witnessing and client demonstrations.
