Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
- 3D coordination in Navisworks by integrating models such as Architecture, MEP and structural ensuring clash-free designs.
- Preparation of MEP Construction drawings and 2D MEP Coordination drawings.
- Creation of Revit families.
- Publish & Share Models and Create Issues in BIM 360 Collaborate with Engineers and
Architects.
- Follow BIM standards and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical / civil engineering or related field.
- Experience of 5+ years working as a BIM Technician and Coordinator
- Proficient in using Autodesk Revit to create and modify 3D models.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and MEPF Coordination (Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing & Fire Protection)
- Experience on US and Middle East Project Preferred.
- Excellent skills in creating construction documents.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
