Job Description : We are urgently seeking skilled MEP BIM professionals/detailer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with international projects, particularly in the US construction industry. Expertise in Dynamo is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM models for MEP disciplines. Collaborate with Construction team to integrate BIM models across various project stages. Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless project execution. Develop MEP shop drawings, building services coordination drawings. Update Revit 3D model based on 2D shop drawing input. Clash detection using Autodesk construction cloud. Ensure BIM models meet all required standards and specifications. Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and tools. Requirements : Experience: Proven experience in MEP BIM, experience in producing MEP shop drawings. Skills: Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc). Expertise in Dynamo is an added advantage. Education: Degree in /Civil/Mechanical/Elec Engineering, Knowledge: Familiarity with US construction standards and practices. Availability: Ability to join immediately. Preferred Qualifications : MEP Technical background - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
