**Job Title**: BIM Modeller - MEP (Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed and accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and architects, to ensure the integration of MEP systems within the overall project design.
- Develop shop drawings, installation drawings, and other necessary documentation from BIM models.
- Assist in the coordination of MEP systems with other disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in model reviews and clash detection processes, resolving any design issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all models are compliant with project specifications, standards, and BIM protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software, industry trends, and best practices related to MEP systems.
- Provide input and support during the planning and design stages of projects to optimize MEP system layouts.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- 4-8 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the MEP sector, with a focus on Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within building designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
