JOB REQUISITES

Role Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit in projects from concept to completion;
- Prepare engineering drawings and models to specified standards;
- Design assistance (assist engineers and technologists in completing Pumping Station Buildings, Support Structure and underground utility structures)
- Revit MEP modeling (Revit Structural modelling occasionally);
- Coordinating with lead offices as per project requirement.
- Assist in establishing processes for working with Canadian offices; and
- Setting up projects in BIM360, creating digital content.
- Handling a small team of BIM Technician on projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institute;
- 7-14 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting/Revit modeling;
- Experience in Revit MEP software is mandatory;
- Experience in Revit Structure will be considered as added advantage;
- Experience in Wastewater treatment and management design.
- Highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic team player;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a flexible attitude are a must;
- Capable of working independently; and
- English writing (grammar and spelling) skills for notes on drawings.
