We're hiring a
Digital Content Manager
to tell that story—someone equally comfortable unpacking AI architecture and turning it into clear, compelling content that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the content strategy
    across Turium's global audience — spanning Enterprise, AI/ML, and Consulting divisions.
  • Create exceptional, high-impact content
    across formats: Website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
  • Thought leadership blogs, case studies, and white papers
  • Product explainers, onboarding guides, and feature announcements
  • Email, newsletters, and in-app copy for product launches
  • Social media posts, short-form videos, and cross-platform storytelling
  • Translate complex AI concepts
    (LLMs, quantum secure comms, enterprise automation) into clear, engaging narratives for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Develop Turium's voice and tone
    — intelligent, bold, human — across every channel.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Design
    to align messaging, visual identity, and go-to-market storytelling.
  • Leverage user insights and testimonials
    from internal tools, social platforms, and enterprise case studies to create compelling content.
  • Manage the content calendar
    and coordinate releases across time zones (AEST × IST).
  • Track performance metrics
    via analytics dashboards to optimise engagement, reach, and conversions.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–5 years of digital content or marketing writing experience, ideally in
    AI, SaaS, or Enterprise Tech
    .
  • Proven record of crafting
    high-quality, conversion-driven
    content — from product copy to thought leadership.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and multi-channel distribution.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a distinctive tone of voice.
  • Experience building
    B2B content ecosystems from scratch
  • High attention to detail balanced with fast, adaptable execution.
  • Collaborative mindset — thrives working across growth, design, and engineering teams.
