Machine Working Principles: Comprehensive knowledge of how machines operate, including mechanical, electrical, and control interactions.

Industry Automation:
Big Projects: Experience with large-scale automation projects, including the design, implementation, and integration of custom-built automation lines.
Industry-Specific Automation: Understanding of industry-specific requirements for sectors such as engineering manufacturing, consumer electronics, automobile, EV, defense, and aerospace.
Sector Experience:
Diverse Segments: Exposure to machinery used across various industries, providing insights into the unique challenges and requirements of different sectors.

Market Understanding:
Growth Areas: Knowledge of emerging trends and growth areas within the machine-building industry to craft strategies for scaling and profitability.
Competitive Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Feasibility Evaluation: Capability to evaluate the feasibility of high-tech machines, including assessing technical specifications, costs, and PBT.
Customer Engagement: Skills in negotiating and discussing technical solutions with customers and stakeholders.
Product and Project Management:
Product Mapping: Skills in identifying and mapping products to market needs and opportunities.
- Cost Evaluation: Ability to perform cost analyses and pricing strategies.
- Contract Finalization: Experience in negotiating and finalizing contracts, including terms and conditions.
Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Financial Acumen:
P&L Responsibility: Thorough understanding of financial statements and performance metrics to manage profit and loss for the business.

Capex Planning:
Capital Expenditure: Skills in planning and proposing capital expenditures, including justifying investments in new technologies or facilities.
