Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and articulate HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, confident in communication, and capable of meeting recruitment and performance tracking deadlines.
You will be responsible for overseeing timely intakes, monitoring team progress, coordinating with team leads, and ensuring that the company's HR operations run smoothly and effectively. This is a paid internship with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.
This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations, offering excellent learning opportunities for those aspiring to build a career in human resources.
Duration: 3 months
Work Mode: On-site
Stipend: 5000 per month
Availability: Candidates able to join at short notice will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure that all intakes and hiring targets are completed within the given deadlines.
- Communicate confidently with candidates, employees, and team leads in professional English.
- Monitor employees' task completion, adherence to KRAs and KPIs, and overall work discipline.
- Maintain coordination with team leads to ensure proper workflow and timely reporting.
- Keep accurate and organized records of candidate data, performance reports, and HR documentation.
- Assist in organizing engagement activities and HR initiatives to improve team communication.
- Prepare and share periodic reports with the manager and company leadership on hiring and employee progress.
Requirements
- Fluent in English — both written and verbal, with clear and confident communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accountability for assigned tasks.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee tracking).
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference.
- Access to a personal laptop and stable internet connection is required for daily tasks.
