Position: Purchase & Accounts Executive – Office Interior & Contracting

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8+ Years


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities for interior and contracting projects, ensuring timely availability of materials.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and track material inventory levels.

  • Coordinate closely with the design, project, and site teams to align purchase schedules with project timelines.

  • Verify and process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation.

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, expense tracking, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare project cost reports, maintain budgets, and ensure financial accuracy across all projects.

  • Assist in final billing, audit preparation, and maintaining compliance with company policies.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in purchase and accounts within the interior design or contracting industry.

  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.

  • Understanding of interior materials, vendor sourcing, and project billing procedures.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and integrity in financial handling.
