Job Summary:

Edge 3D Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive support to our team across operational, administrative, and strategic functions. This role will involve managing day-to-day tasks, preparing business documents and presentations, attending meetings and coordinating various business activities. A background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred to facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Founder in managing daily tasks, schedules, and priorities.

Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and business documents.

Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and project tracking.

Represent the Founder in internal and external meetings, providing detailed reports as required.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless task execution.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Ensure timely follow-up on action items resulting from meetings.

Support business operations, project management, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel as necessary for meetings and business requirements.

Ability to work independently in a co-working or managed space.

Interest in learning and applying Digital Twin technology.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in engineering, project management or business operations.

Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.

Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools.

Experience with 3D scanning and modeling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
