Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads from LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
- Manage 10 to15 active LinkedIn IDs for daily prospecting and communication.
- Execute email marketing campaigns across 1000+ accounts.
- Achieve a monthly target of 5270 qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT services domain.
- Maintain leads, contacts, and engagement records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure conversions.
- Report daily/weekly progress to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 years of proven experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation.
- Must have 1015 active LinkedIn IDs for outreach.
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools and lead funnels.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in running large-scale email campaigns, managing multiple accounts, and generating qualified leads through targeted outreach. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to achieve business objectives and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Manage and send campaigns across 1000+ accounts on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets of 52–70 qualified leads.
- Develop engaging and personalized email content tailored to specific audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion).
- Segment databases for targeted marketing and improved engagement.
- Coordinate with design and business teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Continuously A/B test email formats, subject lines, and CTAs for better results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of email automation tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven experience managing high-volume email lists accounts).
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM tools.
- An analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and drive improvement.
