We're looking for a salesperson, someone with prior 4-8 years of AdTech sales experience, who will be an add-on. The person will be actively involved in hunting for fresh business, leads, and accounts from the Agencies. Additionally, the accounts/clients brought on board will be harnessed and serviced by this individual as well, along with the senior folks in the team who will help, guide, and assist with both the closures and servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Figure out the right set of clients to go after/ proactively seek new business opportunities/clients primarily in the West India Market. Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, social messaging, and videos to generate meetings.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Preparation of deck/ proposal, organising the product demo, and presenting to the prospects.
  • Continuously innovate on new ways to reach decision-makers of target accounts.
  • Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of work experience in sales for the Indian market in the Ad-tech domain, along with Agency Sales Exposure.
  • A clear understanding of the Ad-tech Market and having good connections in the industry.
  • Understanding of the biddable ecosystem.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Track record of achieving monthly quotas.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience using CRM.
