Senior Executive (.NET Support)
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for ASP.NET web applications, including bug fixes and performance issues.
  • Monitor and maintain application servers, IIS configurations, and deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SQL Server-related issues such as deadlocks, query performance, and backup/restore operations.
  • Perform routine server health checks, patch updates, and manage scheduled maintenance.
  • Collaborate with development teams for deployments, configuration changes, and hotfix rollouts.
  • Manage logs, trace errors, and resolve incidents related to application, database, or infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of supported services.
  • Document root cause analysis, change management records, and standard operating procedures.
  • Work in shift rotation if required to support 24x7 operations.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficient in ASP.NET Web Forms / MVC / .NET Framework/Core (read/understand/support level)
  • Strong hands-on in SQL Server (T-SQL, Jobs, Performance Tuning, Stored Procedures)
  • Experience in Windows Server administration, IIS configuration, SSL bindings, and App Pool management
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or batch scripts for automation tasks
  • Understanding of networking basics, firewalls, DNS, and load balancers
  • Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools (like Azure Monitor)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work on-call or in rotational shifts when required
