Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer with hands-on experience in social media management, paid campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and website optimization. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of driving engagement, leads, and brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow organic reach
  • Maintain content calendars aligned with business goals

Paid Campaigns (Performance Marketing)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video)
  • Monitor budgets, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and generate performance reports

SEO (On-page & Off-page)

  • Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking)
  • Manage off-page SEO activities (backlinks, citations, directory submissions)
  • Track rankings and traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console

Website Management

  • Manage and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Ensure website SEO, speed, mobile responsiveness, and basic UX best practices
  • Coordinate with designers/developers for landing pages and improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs
  • Understanding of content strategy, funnels, and lead generation
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS, and landing page optimization is a plus
  • Good communication, reporting, and time-management skills

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

  • Experience working with multiple brands or agencies
  • Knowledge of Canva / basic design tools
  • Understanding of local SEO & Google My Business
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
