Responsibilities:

  • Create clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to support developers using ToolJet.
  • Actively engage with the developer community through forums, social media, and events by answering queries, sharing insights, and fostering discussions.
  • Gather developer feedback systematically and share insights to improve the product and developer experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to enhance ToolJet's developer ecosystem through technical content, workshops, and community engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, influencers, and advocates in the open-source and low-code/no-code ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Upto 2 years of experience in developer relations, technical writing, or community engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web development, and JavaScript .
  • Experience with open-source projects is a plus.
  • Experience in creating developer-focused content, including tutorials, documentation, and sample code.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Passion for engaging with developer communities and driving product adoption.
