Job Summary

We are seeking a Developer Advocate who can inspire developers with our solutions, engage them with the possibilities they offer, and persuade them to start building with us. You'll serve as both the voice of the developer and the champion for Murf, engaging the community through tutorials, social channels, online events, and more to drive awareness of our solutions. You will build authoritative content, devise innovative strategies to drive engagement, and build developer engagement systems from the ground up for one of the fastest-growing voice AI companies. This domain is a hotbed of innovation and you will play a key role in shaping how developers discover and interact with this cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Create authoritative technical content:
  Build engaging tutorials, technical blogs, how-to guides, and code samples that enable developers to leverage Murf's products and integrations effectively. Your content will simplify complex concepts and provide real-world solutions.
• Help build a thriving community:
  Spearhead initiatives to connect with developers - organize webinars, virtual meetups, and other events that foster discussion and collaboration. Your efforts will help build a vibrant community on platforms such as Discord, GitHub, and Twitter.
• Champion developer success:
  Act as a trusted liaison between developers and our product teams, gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and ensuring that developer needs are at the forefront of our innovation.
• Drive awareness with innovative insights:
  Identify emerging trends and key developer challenges to craft compelling content that resonates with a global audience and elevates Murf's solutions among developers.
• Collaborate across teams:
  Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure content is technically sound, relevant, and aligned with our vision.
• Stay ahead of the curve:
  Keep pace with the latest trends and advancements in AI, foundation models, and large language models, ensuring your content reflects cutting-edge knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in developer advocacy, relations, or content creation for developer audiences, with a strong portfolio of content that has driven traffic and engagement.
• Proven experience in community building, actively engaging and nurturing developer communities through online events, platforms and collaborative initiatives.
• Fluency in Python and familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including popular technology stacks and AI frameworks.
• Understanding of APIs, programming languages, and developer tools, enabling the creation of content that resonates with technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience creating videos to enhance technical content delivery.
