The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, instruments, and control panels at client sites. The role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, and testing of Drives (VFDs), PLCs, and Control Panels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation systems and electrical instruments.
  • Provide after-sales technical support, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services.
  • Coordinate with the sales and project teams for smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service reports, documentation, and feedback records for all site activities.
  • Conduct customer training and demonstrations on products and systems as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during field operations.
  • Regularly update knowledge of ABB and other OEM product lines and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 1–4 years of experience in industrial automation / electrical service / instrumentation field.
  • Hands-on experience with ABB Drives, PLCs, and automation systems (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical drawings, control circuits, and instrumentation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
