Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Indore. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repairs. Daily tasks include visiting client sites, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure machinery operates efficiently. Communication with clients and internal teams is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and successful problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Experience in providing Field Service and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in an on-site service role or with CNC technology is advantageous
