  • Supervise and manage daily salon operations across assigned branches.
  • Ensure staff punctuality, grooming, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor service quality, customer feedback, and resolve client issues.
  • Drive sales targets by promoting offers, upselling services, and motivating staff.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all salon areas.
  • Manage staff schedules, shifts, and attendance records.
  • Provide on-floor training, guidance, and support to staff.
  • Coordinate with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Handle stock management, product ordering, and inventory audits.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on operations, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, leave management, and discipline.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma iSalon Management (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in salon/spa/retail/restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of salon software (Zenoti or similar) is an added advantage.
  • Customer-focused with sales and target-oriented approach.

Male candidate is required and salon experience is prefered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
