**IntelliMatch Support - 6+ Years - Pune -Rotational Shifts**

**About the team**:
**What you will be doing**:
As a core member of IntelliMatch IT Operations team, you will be supporting the production and non-production environment for hosted clients in the public and private cloud
- Resolve tickets and service requests, work on scheduled tasks such as change requests and DR tests, contribute in project tasks
- Basic knowledge on windows servers, active directory, SFTP.
- Follow-up to ensure the client’s request is serviced in an appropriate and timely manner
- Work with other technical teams within FIS e.g. vendors, data center operations, Network, etc. for resolution of issues
- Escalate issues to next levels as appropriate
- Establish and use tools to manage and address environment issues in a pro-active and timely manner
- Following the prescribed guidelines and procedures, move code to Production/UAT/QA and Production environments as instructed by Development-QA Group
- Assist in Severity Incident calls by assisting Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) process and responsible for delivering RCA.

**What you bring**:

- At least 6+ years in experience in Production Support - IntelliMatch,SQL,ITIL,Scripting Knowledge
- added advantage,Reconcillation Tool experience
- Willing to work in EMEA & APAC Shifts
- Knowledge and understanding of financial operational and business processes.
- Extensive experience of working with IntelliMatch hosted environment.
- Competency in supporting and troubleshooting end to end production environment by collaborating with datacenter operations, system/network/database support teams
