  • Accessing the servers through remote applications.
  • Keeping the system under maintenance.
  • Downloading all the required files from different FTP exchange locations.
  • Processing / uploading these downloaded files
  • After files are processed in the databases, we need to start various applications.
  • Beginning of day activities should be completed by latest 08:00am.
  • Once system is started, we need to monitor the servers and applications.
  • While monitoring / resolving the issues as and when issues arise on our servers / applications.
  • Once market is over (currently 05:00pm) we do End of the day process.
  • We need to take backups of all databases and to be restored to multiple redundancy locations.
  • Restart all databases after restoring them to redundancy locations.
  • The EOD process must be completed by 06:00pm.

What youll need to bring:

  • Should be capable of documenting given processes to him.
  • Should be capable of managing assigned team.
  • Taking access of servers through designated remote software.
  • Must be sharp in communication (understanding priorities with proactive approach)
  • Should be having basic knowledge of networks like
  • Configuring LAN IP
  • Checking connectivity through Telnet, Ping command
  • Updation of Windows and Antivirus software
  • Taking Backup and restoration of databases (SQL 2019 server)
  • He should be efficient in memorizing the IPS as there are number of servers which have local and external IPS.
