: Site Assistant Property Affairs (HSC/Any Graduate)
Job Responsibilities

  • Find and document the sociological details of the tenants and their families, i.e. no. of working people, no. of dependents in the family, educational details of children, native place, details about his friends and other family members in the society.
  • Collect documents from tenants and Committee members e.g. Electric bills, Photo pass, Voter ID, Gumasta license etc. along with biometric.
  • Coordinate with the Annexure II team for Annexure II compliances.
  • Attend to tenants' queries and resolve it through support from seniors.
  • Facilitate and participate in all operational activities like site survey, signing of consents and agreements, rent disbursement, collecting keys and evacuating tenants for demolition.
  • Conduct day-to-day meetings with Committee Members/ tenants (if required, arrange for meeting with Site In-charge/ Manager).
  • File tenants' documents and appeals, accessing scanned and digitised records.
  • Educate tenants about the Company, its achievements, and its history of fulfilling commitments on time.
  • Explain the SRA scheme to tenants and the Companys commitment to provide permanent home/ shop against each eligible structure.
  • Identify the dominant personalities on site, criminal history of notorious elements, rivalries between different groups, active non-cooperative members in opposition, influential political leaders, yuva mandals etc. and gauge the implications of their acts on site.
  • Identify potential Committee Members and socially active public figures in the society.
  • Identify any tenant who is currently in the Police Department/ MCGM/ Govt. Department and who can influence tenants to aid in the alteration/ renovation/ loft encroachment/ religious structure relocation.
  • To read, write and speak the local language.
  • Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Mumbais geography and terrain.
