Resolution team is responsible for correction of internal and external errors. Resolution procedures include:

  • Standardizing when corrections will and will not be processed
  • Any correction request that does not comply with the standard correction procedures will be considered an Exception
  • Process for approving and correcting Exceptions
  • Audit and accountability of Exceptions
  • Instruction and Authorization Forms for External Errors
  • Treatment of gains/losses resulting from a correction request

Eligibility:

  • Experience in the US retirement industry for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in first time processing in Money-In/Money-Out
  • Experience in QC/QA role as he/she has correct the accounts.
  • Must be a strong communicator.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Must have a proven track record of having exceeded the accuracy target bench marks or even set bench marks.
  • Should have the ability research unique and complex and escalated account problems.
