Job description:

This is a full time remote 6 days a week role. You need to have excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

In this role you will be working with MSME businesses spread across India to assist them to grow and organize their business.

A full end to end training of 45 days would be provided by us.

This role will have 3 months of internship & mentoring post which based on your performance, you would be promoted ahead.

Responsibilities-

· Interact & engage with clients to understand their management issues

· Conduct thorough research to understand the current state and associated challenges

· Identify areas for improvement or optimization

· Design process workflows

· Prepare dashboards using Pivot & similar tools

· Help in analysis & presentation of data for strategic decision making

· Create and oversee implementation of relevant changes to management procedures

· If required, need to employ suggested management softwares to streamline processes and enhance productivity

· Cultivate strong relationships with clients & foster effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications-Preferred Candidate should be having the following:·

Post Graduation preferably MBA

· Having at least 2+ year of work experience in HR Operations / Analytics / Project Management / Sales / Any Management Roles

· Should have flair for presenting data in form of dashboards & presentations

· Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

· Should have own laptop & steady Wi-Fi connectivity
