Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer

demands and operational objectives

  • Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability

of materials and resources

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to machining supervisors, operators, and

support staff

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the

machining department

  • Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures and inspection procedures to

ensure compliance with specifications and standards

  • Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce rework, and improve first-pass yield rates
  • Optimize machining processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and

minimize production costs

  • Implement Lean manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and other methodologies to

eliminate waste and improve productivity

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within machining operations, with a minimum of 8

years of experience in production management

  • In-depth knowledge of machining processes, CNC programming, tooling, and materials
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO standards) and continuous

improvement methodologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/B.E in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing

Management, or a related field preferred. Experience- 10 Years & above.
