Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development  Executive with at least 3 years of experience in outbound sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound strategies, handling lead generation, and building relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, sales navigator and other lead generation platforms.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs and budget, ensuring they align with the companys target audience and services.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the system with accurate data on leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team when needed.
  • Sales Pitching: Present company services to prospects, tailoring pitches to address specific business needs and challenges.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate deals, handle objections, and drive the sales process toward closing.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve organizational targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, B2B services].
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Solid understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong drive for results with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
