Striveforce Private Limited is a rapidly growing global organization with operations across India and the United States. We specialize in finance, technology, and client services, and are seeking a skilled Accountant to support our Indian and US accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for Indian and US accounts.
  • Record and verify journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Process vendor invoices, manage accounts payable, and handle vendor reconciliations.
  • Maintain books as per Indian GAAP and US accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, assist in audits, and ensure compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA Dropout preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to both Indian and US operations.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, journal entries, GST, and TDS.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cross-border (India–US) accounting.
  • Familiarity with payroll accounting and intercompany transactions.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools.

Transportation:

Home pick-up and drop within a 10 km radius of the Turbhe office. Employees residing beyond 10 km can avail pick-up and drop from Juhi Nagar Station.
