Role & responsibilities

  1. Market Research and Strategy

  2. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities (present & future) for growth in the global market.

  3. Keep eye on the upcoming market trends and its complications in the global market on our business.
  4. Monitor industry developments, client needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  5. Identify niche markets and potential areas of expansion, design and brainstorm plans accordingly with the management
  6. Develop the best and effective marketing or business development strategies to companys growth in the market.

  7. New Client Acquisition

  8. Identify and target potential clients in the target market segments, maintain an organized client database and promptly update it with new additions.

  9. Develop a good understanding of the business services and be able to advise others about them to acquire new clients.
  10. Provide regular reports on Marketing activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.

  11. CRM & Client Communication

  12. Manage and update client interactions, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system.

  13. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client data to support effective reporting and decision-
  14. making.
  15. Track lead progress, follow-ups, and conversion timelines in CRM.
  16. Prepare CRM-based dashboards and reports and provide insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis.

  17. Email & Social Media Outreach

  18. Draft, schedule, and send professional email campaigns for client engagement and lead nurturing.

  19. Personalize email communication for different client segments to improve response rates.
  20. Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with prospects, build relationships, and generate leads.
  21. Support social media business development initiatives by engaging with the community through industry-related posts and company updates.
  22. Monitor outreach performance (open rates, response rates, connection growth) and share insights with management.

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing or Engineering
  • MBA with specialization in Marketing is preferable

Competencies

  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media prospecting platforms (Preferred)
  • Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
  • Experience in client service, marketing or business development activities
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Sharp analytical and networking skills

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing and business development
