Job Description:
We are having an opening for the position of Jr. Admin Executive with one of our very reputed clients in the FMCG Industry in Mumbai (Chunabhatti) locations.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle branch activities.
- Several MIS preparations, i.e., DSR, Cash Collection MIS, Cheque Deposition MIS, and Other MIS.
- Stock reconciliation.
- Day to day support to Yakult Ladies (YLs) of a center, like issuing stocks, challans, invoices, and sales revenue collection from YL.
- CMS deposition on time.
- Incentive sheet preparation.
- To manage the sales cash and petty cash expenses of the given center.
- Coordination with HO as well as branch staff.
- Complete the staff attendance sheet daily and ensure it is submitted to the HR department on time.
- Maintaining the stationary.
- Getting an order over the phone.
- Maintain daily sales report of sales – Home Delivery (HD) team and keeping a logbook of vehicles.
Age: 22 to 30 Years
Work experience: up to 1 Year
Candidates Profile:
- Male candidate with pleasant personality, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, sincere, polite to others, good communication skills (English & Hindi) and must have strong computer knowledge (MS Excel & MSWord).
- Excel, word, good verbal & written communication, good typing speed (30 wpm)
