Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Admin Executive for a reputed  Company for the Goregaon location

Job description:

  • In charge of the Front Office Management and ensuring that the office standard is maintained
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies
  • Would send in the monthly Staff Attendance report (including contract staff)
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Ensure proper mail distribution
  • Responsible for Meeting Management, Travel Management, and Stationary indent
  • Assist with Administration including Vendor Liaison
  • Maintain certain MIS reports, PPTs, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in managing Admin Executive with a reputed organization.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Female candidates only.
