We are looking for a results-driven Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our growth team. Your primary mission: turn cold prospects into conversations, pipeline, and ultimately revenue.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead extraction & list building for agency clients

– Use advanced tools and techniques to generate high-quality prospect lists (names, titles, emails, firmographics, technographics).

– Enrich, verify, filter, and clean leads (remove duplicates, bad domains, invalid contacts).

– Segment leads into ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) buckets per client, vertical, persona, etc.

– Maintain suppression lists, bounce hygiene, and list health over time.

  • Cold email campaign execution via Instantly

– Set up and manage client-specific campaigns within Instantly (domain setup, warming, sending envelopes, inbox rotation, deliverability settings).

– Draft, A/B test, and iterate multi-step email sequences (subject lines, body variants, follow-ups) tailored to each client's positioning.

– Monitor metrics (open, click, reply, bounce, spam) and diagnose performance issues per client campaign.

– Adjust messaging, cadence, sending times, or domain parameters to optimize results.

– Qualify replies and hand off viable leads to client's sales or account teams.

  • Deliverability & technical operations

– Handle domain reputation, warming strategies, email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS settings).

– Troubleshoot blacklists, spam filters, ISP blocking, deliverability degradation across campaigns.

– Ensure compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.) across multiple client jurisdictions.

  • Client coordination & reporting

– Act as the outreach point of contact to internal team or clients for campaign status, performance, and insights.

– Produce clean reports on campaign metrics (KPIs, trends, optimization suggestions) per client.

– Maintain a repository of templates, SOPs, playbooks, and outreach frameworks that scale across clients.

– Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, sales, or content teams to align messaging, landing pages, and offer positioning.

  • Create Personalized email campaigns based on 3rd party data
  • Use Instantly as your primary campaign engine to launch cold email sequences (drip campaigns, follow-ups, A/B testing).
  • Configure domain, warming, inbox rotation, and deliverability settings inside Instantly to maintain high inbox placement.

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables)

  • Proven experience doing outbound / cold email outreach (at least 2 years on Instantly and 5 years on Cold Outreach Email Campaigns).
  • Demonstrable lead generation / list-building experience (extracting leads from web, LinkedIn, directories, databases).
  • Hands-on experience using Instantly (not just knowledge, but having run real campaigns).
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills (you'll be writing hundreds of emails).
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on metrics.
  • Good understanding of email deliverability, domain warming, sender reputation.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with ICP extraction tools (ZoomInfo, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, SalesNav, Leadmagic, Icypeas, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and integrating outreach data into pipelines.
  • Experience with multichannel outreach to complement email.
  • Basic HTML / email template editing skills.
  • Past successes or case studies you can share.
