About TYD Marketing & TYD ShortsWe're a global YouTube Automation Agency helping creators and entrepreneurs build profitable, faceless YouTube channels.Our ecosystem includes:-TYD Shorts — specialized in high-performing short-form video production for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikToks.-TYD Marketing—focused on long-form video production, scripting, voiceovers, editing, and complete channel management.Learn more:tydshorts.com | tydmarketing.comWe're now hiring a Cold Email Campaigns Expert who can take full ownership of our outbound client acquisition through email prospecting, lead scraping, and appointment booking.Role OverviewYou'll be responsible for running end-to-end cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads for our YouTube Automation services.From scraping targeted leads to writing optimized sequences and booking discovery calls, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base globally.You will work directly with the Founder (Nikhil) and our Project Manager to plan, execute, and optimize outreach strategies.Key Responsibilities :- Run cold email campaigns using Instantly and optimize for open and reply rates.- Scrape and qualify leads based on our ICP (Ideal Client Profile) using tools like Nexlev or your own advanced methods.- Manage and update leads database with precision using Google Sheets or CRMs.- Write and optimize email scripts and follow-up sequences for YouTube Automation services.- Coordinate with the internal team to refine offers and outreach strategy for better conversions.- Handle incoming leads, respond promptly, and book qualified discovery calls directly with the Founder.- Participate in daily check-ins and weekly strategy calls to review performance.- Provide daily activity updates and maintain full transparency on campaign performance.- Take ownership of closing high-quality clients with consistent follow-up.- Continuously learn and apply A/B testing, personalization, and deliverability improvements.Requirements :- Minimum 2 years of proven experience running cold email campaigns that delivered measurable results.- Strong understanding of lead scraping, segmentation, and email deliverability best practices.- Hands-on experience with Instantly, Bouncify, and Google Workspace domains (mandatory).- Experience with Nexlev or other scraping tools to build hyper-targeted lists.- Deep understanding of the YouTube Automation business model (must have closed YouTube-related clients before).- Excellent English communication and persuasive writing skills.- Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated.- Willing to work full-time (8–12 hours/day, Monday–Saturday).- Must be available for daily calls and weekly review meetings.- Must be willing to sign an official contract with the company.- Should not be working for any other company simultaneously.Tools You'll Use :-Instantly — for running and tracking cold email campaigns-Nexlev — for data scraping (open to other advanced tools)- Bouncify — for email validation-Google Workspace Domains — for sending and tracking campaignsPerformance Expectations & KPIs :- Meet and maintain weekly and monthly outreach KPIs- Continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates- Generate a steady flow of qualified discovery calls- Maintain high deliverability (95%+) and positive reply rates (10%+)- Consistently close or assist in closing YouTube Automation clientsCompensation & Growth :-Fixed Pay: $150–$200/month-Commission: 5% recurring on closed deals (up to $500 per client)-Long-term Growth Opportunity — the more clients you close, the more you earn-Transparent KPI-based performance structure with monthly reviewsWhy Join TYD :-100% Remote — work from anywhere-Fast-growing agency in the YouTube Automation industry-Work directly with the Founder and learn client acquisition systems that close high-ticket deals-Growth-led environment with clarity, structure, and accountability-Official contract + performance-based long-term stabilityLocation: RemoteExperience Required: Minimum 2 years in running successful Cold Email campaignsEmployment Type: Full-Time (Remote)Salary: $200/month (Fixed) + 5% Recurring Commission on Closed Deals
