Job Title: Centre Head – Hyderabad (Borabanda)

Organization: Lighthouse Communities Foundation

We are looking for a motivated and mission-driven Centre Head to lead the Lighthouse Program at our Borabanda centre. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with underprivileged youth and experienced in managing teams, operations, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Lighthouse Centre at Borabanda.
  • Drive program execution, daily operations, and youth engagement.
  • Ensure placement readiness through resume checks, interview prep, expert sessions, and mock interviews.
  • Understand local job opportunities and coordinate with the Placement Manager.
  • Manage centre planning, administration, reports, and data accuracy.
  • Mentor and review team members, ensuring high performance and low attrition.
  • Build strong relationships with community leaders, government stakeholders, corporate partners, and volunteers.
  • Ensure adoption of Lighthouse technology platforms and the Youth Connect Portal.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MSW or Postgraduate degree with 5+ years of experience in program implementation (skilling/livelihood preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Experience managing training centres and teams (4–7 members).
  • Confident public speaker with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, flexible, and strong in time management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet, etc.
