Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team.The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting accurate financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have of accounting principles, GST regulations, and vendor management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle sales and purchase accounting, including credit/debit notes, vendor payables tracking,and resolving inter-departmental queries.
● Prepare and file GSTR-1 data in a timely and accurate manner.
● Generate and maintain documentation for fixed asset sale invoices.
● Visit banks for submission of company cheques and relevant documents.
● Manage E-way bill and E-invoice generation in compliance with GST norms.
● Perform vendor reconciliation and ensure prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance.
● Proven experience in vendor management and reconciliation activities.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar tools.
● Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
