Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

The Company is a trusted name in the timber and building materials industry, is looking for a detail-oriented CRM & Inventory Management Executive to manage stock control and ensure seamless customer handling at our Karol Bagh office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure sufficient supply for operations.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
  • Analyse inventory data to forecast demand, prevent shortages, and reduce wastage.
  • Prepare reports on inventory turnover, wastage, shrinkage, and stock performance.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Handle customer queries, provide product details, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and procurement teams for smooth order management.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Control / Stock Management & CRM.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, stock analysis reports).
  • Knowledge of inventory management software / ERP preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
